The assignment was to find two natural artifacts and join them, using a linear material as a binding agent. I found this cool stick that stood up on its own with some interesting angles and round knots in it. The small green branch attached to it had a curve to it as well. The little buds on it resembled the knots in the stick. I attached them with brown thread so it would blend in and arranged it so the little branch almost mimicked the larger stick's angles.

environmental design first project
